SignOutfitters.com must give approval for return of merchandise.  Not all products may be returnable.
SignOutfitters.com must authorize the return of any merchandise.  Returnable merchandise is subject to a restocking fee.  All items to be returned require a Return Authorization Number(RA).  RA numbers must be requested within 15 days of receipt of product.  Product must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging to be considered eligible for a return.    Please speak to one of our customer Service Representatives prior to making any return.  Custom Signs and Imprinted Items are non-refundable.  Prices and specifications on our website are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right to correct typographic errors.  Freight/shipping charges will be added to all orders.  Common Carrier/Motor Freight Shipments are subject to crating/boxing charges.
The original and return shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address provided to you by your Customer Service Representative.

Political Orders:
The Client is responsible for including required funding declarations (disclosures) for political advertising.  Each state has different laws regarding political advertising and appropriate copy must be supplied with your order - this is your responsibility.

Changeable Sign Letters:
Changeable Sign Letters are only allowed to be returned when ordered in sets.  Individual sign letters are non-returnable.

Please check with your local code enforcement office for sign requirements - this is your responsibility.

No Breakage Guarantee | Warranty Returns

We guarantee all signs to arrive unbroken.


RETURNS: Returned merchandise must be received within 7 days and are subject to charge a 25% restocking fee. No Shipping refundable, No returned merchandize shall be received by the seller without authorization.

Products are covered under the No Breakage Guarantee and Warranty Terms stated below.

No Breakage Guarantee:
We have a 100% No Breakage Guarantee and expect your purchase to arrive in excellent condition. Because of the nature of the product, all sales are considered final and items may not be returned for refund or exchange. Items may be returned for replacement or repair due to delivery breakage or if covered under the warranty policy. Each product comes with a warranty, please see details below.

In order for us to provide the 100% No Breakage Guarantee we need you to follow these guidelines:

  • Open your purchase within 24 hours of receiving the package or in front of the delivery person if possible.
  • Do not break the inner seal or remove the sign from the inner box before plugging it in and testing the sign for damage. The sign must be returned in its original box if there is a problem.
  • Notify us within 24 hours of Delivery if you have any claim related to breakage. Otherwise we will not be able to honor any claims related to damage during shipping, especially if you have removed the sign from the shipping box.
  • We will arrange a call tag to be issued from UPS to return the sign to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Warranty Returns:
All Neon Business signs carry a manufacturer's 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is only valid for products that are returned in their original inner and outer boxes, along with all original packing materials in place. You must contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number and approval to return the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If the sign fails in the first 30 days from the date of receipt, we will pay the freight to ship the sign back, after 30 days the customer will be responsible for the freight cost using our lower shipping rates. The manufacturer will repair or replace the sign.

Breakage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Any breakage claim not reported within 24 hours will be resolved by us sending you the replacement parts at your expense.
