Standard FlexPost Asphalt Model. All Flexpost systems are manufactured in the USA and are made of traditional steel and galvanized parts which are standard in the industry. FlexPost installation is very easy and takes only minutes.
FlexPost Sign Post - Asphalt Model:

9.5 inch x 9.5 inch E-Coated 7 gauge square steel base with textured powder-coat top finish, pre-drilled with four 1/2 inch holes.

6.25 inch long tight wound torsion spring with a 1.66 inch inside diameter, made of 1/2 inch diameter carbon steel wire.

1-5/8 inch outside diameter SS20 galvanized steel tubing.

Height above grade 78 inches.

Post secured to spring and base with 1/2 inch aluminum tear-away bolt on top, and 1/2 inch stainless steel bolt on bottom.
Kit Contains:

9.5 inch x 9.5 inch E-Coated 7 gauge steel square plate, textured powder-coat top finish with 18 inch asphalt spike anchor.

Four 1/2 inch stainless steel permanent threaded bolts that secure asphalt spike anchor to standard base.

Four 1/2 inch stainless steel washers and nylon insert lock nuts.

Four 1/4 inch x 3 inch tapcon asphalt screws for insertion to asphalt adapters pre-drilled holes that provide horisontal wind load rigidity.

Just hammer anchor into ground. Then set standard base onto asphalt base and tighten provided nuts and washers.
